This well maintained house is approximately 50 m off the
road between N. Iraklitsa and Palio, hidden behind shrubs
and palms in the midst of a generous garden with many flowers
and fruit trees.
Only a few steps away is the beautiful sand beach - approx.
2 walking minutes.
The lower floor is rented for holidays guests, in the upper
floor lives the owner, a married couple.
In front of the apartments and Studios lies a large terrace.
For each housing unit there are ample garden furniture.

The
apartments for 4 persons (No.
2+3) and Studios for 2-3 persons
(No. 1+4) can be reached thru the terrace. They consist of
a living/sleep area with 2 beds and a sleep sofa, a sat TV,
a kitchen and a shower/WC. The apartments have an additional
sleep area.
All housing units have a completely equipped kitchen with
2-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, as well as a
dining corner.
The apartments have a bathroom with bath tub.
A further Studio is conveniently to the rear, toward the garden.
It is similar specifications and just as equally equipped.
Before it a wonderful seat lies in the garden, with surrounding
roses
All housing units have air conditioning system.
In direct proximity - approx. 2 km away -
are some the most famous beaches of Greece. They are called
“Amolofi” and are incredibly beautiful. A must-see
destination!
