Im kleinen Ort N. Peramos - an der Strasse nach Kavala gelegen - am Rande des Ortes und nur wenige Schritte zum Strand!

Einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung im 1.OG für 4 Personen. Wohnraum mit großzügiger Sitzecke, Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen, TV, DVD-Player, integrierte Küche, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Wc mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine.
1 Schlafraum m. Doppelbett, Zugang zum Balkon, TV.
1 Schlafraum mit Sofabett zum Ausziehen (demnächst 2 Einzelbetten), großer Kleiderschrank und Zugang zum Balkon.

Entfernung zum Sandstrand ca. 100m, an der Straße nach Peramos gelegen. Ca 3 Gehminuten bis zur Promenade.
