Kanouli / Chalikounas

Very quiet situated simple house with 2 floors. Each of it has 2 apartments -
2x 50 sqm in the ground floor and 2x 48 sqm in the first floor.

contents: living room with sofa bed (1-2 children or 1 adult) integrated kitchenette (2-plate-stove, oven), dining place. Balcony with sea view. The bed room disposes of 2 single beds, a wardrobe, mirror and a balcony with lovely sea view. Shower/WC.
One of the apartments above and one of the apartments in the ground floor has laterally sea view.

The next beach is in a distance of only 3-4 walking minutes, using natural stone steps. But this bay has sometimes adverse wind regimes and some algeas are washed ashore - that's why in this case I recommend my customers to use the next beach in Kanouli, which is only at approx. 250 m.

The apartments have space for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

On the approx. 6000 sqm garden area is a well equipped and roofed barbeque place with outdorr kitchen (oven for wood, BBQ, fridge a.m.) Up to 12 persons may take place here on the long table. Fresh eggs can be taken for free from the chicken area on the same ground.
