Anna Maria is a holiday apartment in a complex of apartments in the tourist and fish village of Plakias .

The apartment has a size of 150 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 people. The beautiful sandy beach of Plakias and the closest tavern are in a distance of 150 meters while the centre of Plakias where all amenities can be found is less than 500 meters.

This beautiful holiday apartment is ideal for families and small parties. A car is not needed as everything is within walking distance.

The apartment is divided in three levels and is consisted of one main apartment and a spacious studio .

Entering in the apartment in the middle level , there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen on the left with a dining table for 6 and on the right a modern living room with a TV set with satellite receiver , DVD and a cd player .In this level there is also a wc. An internal marble staircase leads on the upper floor where are two bedrooms one with a double bed and a balcony with views to the sea and one with two single beds with its own balcony facing the north. The bedrooms share a spacious bathroom.

From the veranda of the level in the middle there is an outside staircase that leads to a smaller studio on the ground floor which also has a separate entrance in case is needed. The studio is air-conditioned , has a double bed , a kitchenette with a dining table for 4 persons , a TV set and a spacious shower/WC. In the studio can be 4 persons accommodated.Outside the apartment has a spacious veranda at the entrance where the sunbeds and the umbrellas are and a swimming pool of 21 sqm and a veranda in front with beatiful views to the beach and Plakias.
