Each of the apartments have a living area
of 45 sqm. Kindly equipped living room with sofa bed for 1
person or 2 children (1,10 m width), TV, integrated kitchen
with sink, little cooker, oven. Small dining table with chairs.
From the balcony (10 sqm) you have a phantastic view to the
sea, the gardens and the green environment. On the backside
there is another, smaller balcony (6 sqm) which is perfect
to have breakfast. Bedroom with double bed. Additional bed
is possible.
This cultivated house lies in the middle
of flowers and trees - the bougainvillea is a dream! It is
situated above the Elena-Studios and Elena-Apartments.
