Situation: The facility is situated in a very quiet and lovely
green environment.
The beach can be reached by feet and is only approx. 200
m away. Beach tavernas and Cafés you will find along
the beach, minimarket is in a distance of approx. 200 m.
To come to Parga you use the way<along the beach, over
some steps, or you use one of the water taxis. If you use
the street the distance to Parga is approx. 2 km.
Your villa : 2 floors, built in 2000 with alltogether 23
studios and 2 apartments. arking on the house own area. There
is a pool with children pool in the garden, also a pool bar.
Sun loungers for free. The friendly owners take care of the
wellness of their guests.

Studios: For 2-3 persons; bride and friendly
equipped. Each of the studios disposes of an own access from
outside, a spacious bed room with double bed (add. bed for
a child is possible= couch chair), shower/wc, integrated kitchenette
with coffeemaker, a/c for free and a balcony. Daily cleaning,
2 times a week fresh linnen and towels.
Apartments: each for 4 persons; both of the
apartments disposes of an own access from outside, 2 bed rooms
(1x double, 2x single bed), a kitchen with a place where you
can sit (coffee machine), shower/wc, a/c for free and a balcony.
Cleaning and linnen/towels as discribed before.
